Japan


Sales & Application Engineer – Japan

Nano Science, a Division of Evans Analytical Group, is looking for a Sales and Application Engineer who can help us meet our customers' goals. Responsibilities for this role include sales of all analytical services EAG provides to Japan including marketing, responding to materials analytical inquiries, interpreting analytical result, negotiation and communication with Japanese clients. The ideal candidate will need to interface with our Japanese customers and EAG's analytical engineers, be energetic and enthusiastic with communication.

The position requires a Bachelor's degrees in material science, physics or/and chemistry. Working experience as an analyst in analytical services (SIMS or TEM etc) will be a plus. Essential are native Japanese communication skill (written and spoken), and English communication skill is also preferable. In addition, a good work ethic with a commitment to accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines in a team oriented environment.

Management Analyst – Sunnyvale, CA

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for planning and control, working on routine problems. Perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. Monitor division and department adherence to approved budgets. REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept 2 years of work experience in job offered or 2 years of work experience in a finance-related occupation. Evans Analytical Group is a leader in semiconductor reliability services and is looking to add to our lab's capabilities. We are looking for an ESD/reliability engineer who can help us meet our customers' goals. Responsibilities for this role include communicating with customers to determine their needs; performing hands-on ESD and Latch up testing; prepare reports; maintain, clean, and set up equipment; contribute to and interact within a team environment.

The ideal candidate will should have a minimum 2 years of hands-on ESD testing experience, strong communication skills, self-motivated and ability to work independently and multi-task, an ability to work to deadlines and has a strong work ethic. SEM Microscopist - Sunnyvale, CA

Responsibilities for this role include preparing samples, obtaining images and EDS spectra, interpreting data, and communicating with the clients. The ideal candidate will be energetic and enthusiastic and has a strong sense of ownership for the laboratory's work.

Responsibilities include operating analytical instrumentation, developing surface analysis protocols, interpreting data, writing reports and communicating with clients. The ideal candidate will be energetic and enthusiastic with demonstrated skills in running TOF-SIMS instruments.

Analyst – Peabody, MA

Evans Analytical Group, a leader in analytical services, is looking to add to our lab's capabilities. Responsibilities include assisting in sample mounting and data acquisition using total reflection x-ray fluorescence (TXRF) and secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS). Other duties will include: interacting with clients and vendors, routine clerical tasks and general laboratory support. Direct hands on experience with TXRF and SIMS are not prerequisites, although candidate will need to have excellent mechanical and fine motor skills. The ideal candidate will be energetic and enthusiastic with demonstrated skills in running analytical instruments.

Position also requires person capable of working within a clean room environment. This entails wearing special garments, including facemask, and exposure to low humidity environment for extended periods of time.

This position requires a solid technical foundation. A BS degree with 2+ years experience in   physics, biology, material science, or chemistry is preferred. Essential are excellent English communications skills (both written and spoken), a strong work ethic with a commitment to accuracy and the ability to work to deadlines in a team oriented environment.
