Mr. Vincent Franceschi

Mr. Franceschi is a founder of EAG and has been the Executive Vice President, Strategic Market Development since March 2008. Prior thereto, Mr. Franceschi had been the Executive Vice President, Marketing and Sales since September 2005. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Franceschi was the President and Chief Executive Officer of CE&A, one of EAG's predecessor companies. From 1998 to 1999, Mr. Franceschi was Vice President and General Manager of EMCON, Inc., a publicly traded environmental services company. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Franceschi was Vice President and General Manager and from 1997 to 1998, President and CEO of Vectra Technologies Inc., a publicly traded engineering and technology company. From 1980 to 1994, Mr. Franceschi held increasingly responsible management positions with Impell Corporation, a $160 million engineering services subsidiary of Asea Brown Boveri (ABB). Mr. Franceschi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from U.C. Berkeley and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from St. Mary’s College.
