Mr. Martin Hopcroft
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Hopcroft joined the Company in January 2008 as Chief Financial Officer.
From 2002 to 2006 he was Group Finance Director of Bespak plc, and subsequently Group Finance Director of SKN Ltd, which is a private equity investment. Previous to this he was Chief Financial Officer for Kvaerner Oil & Gas. From 1986 to 2001, he has held increasingly senior financial responsibilities with Merial Ltd, Darby Group plc, Halma plc and Bunzl plc.
He is a graduate of The London School of Economics and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
