Mr. He joined Evans Analytical Group (EAG) with the December 2006 acquisition of AMER China, Inc. He is responsible for technical lab operations and local business development. Mr. He was instrumental in the successful launch the Shanghai lab including training staff and lab facility setup. Prior to his current position he was a Technical Service Manager with Yesic Semiconductor Inc. Shanghai and, before that, a Reliability Engineer with Huahong NEC Corporation Shanghai.

Mr. He received his B.S. degree in Electronic Engineering from Fudan University in Shanghai, China.
