Ms. Cheri E. Mezzapelle
Vice President, Finance

Ms. Mezzapelle joined EAG in October 2007 as Vice President - Finance.

Prior to joining as Vice President - Finance, Ms. Mezzapelle had been interim Vice President - Finance and, prior to that, interim Corporate Controller for EAG since it acquired the Evans Analytical Group in September 2005. From 2002 to September 2005 she was an independent consultant to a variety of clients, including Ellie Mae, Inc., The American Academy of Ophthalmology, BriteSmile, Inc. and CE&A, EAG’s predecessor company. From 2001 to 2002, Ms. Mezzapelle was the Accounting Manager of Advent Software, a provider of portfolio management; reporting and accounting; and trading and order management software systems. From 1997 to 2001, Ms. Mezzapelle held several senior accounting management positions at the corporate administrative headquarters of Textainer Limited, the largest lessor of marine containers in the world. Ms. Mezzapelle has been a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California since 1989 and has eight years experience in public accounting with a variety audit and tax engagements. Ms. Mezzapelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting magna cum laude and a Master of Science in Organizational Development from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, California.
